➢ All cancellation requests must be submitted through written communication via email or official communication channels of Advance Trip & Travel.
➢ Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date on which the written cancellation request is received by the Company.
➢ Cancellation requests received on Sundays or public holidays shall be processed on the next working day.
➢ The booking advance amount paid towards reservation and blocking of services shall be non-refundable under any circumstances.
➢ Cancellation charges shall be applicable as per the following schedule:
• More than 30 days before departure – 30% of the total package cost applicable as cancellation charges.
• 15–30 days before departure – 50% of the total package cost applicable as cancellation charges.
• 7–14 days before departure – 75% of the total package cost applicable as cancellation charges.
• Less than 7 days before departure / No Show – 100% cancellation charges applicable.
➢ Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving refunds from hotels, airlines, transport providers, or other suppliers involved in the booking.
➢ Processing time for eligible refunds may vary depending upon banking procedures and supplier timelines.
➢ No refund shall be applicable for any unused services, meals, sightseeing, transfers, activities, or hotel stays once the trip has commenced.
➢ In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, roadblocks, political disturbances, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure situations, refunds shall be subject to supplier policies and actual recoveries.
➢ Flight tickets, train tickets, bus tickets, permits, entry tickets, visa charges, and convenience fees may be non-refundable or governed by respective supplier cancellation rules.
➢ Advance Trip & Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking due to operational reasons, non-payment, or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, refund liability shall be limited to the amount recoverable from suppliers.
➢ Any refund approved by the Company shall be processed through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
➢ By confirming the booking and making payment, the traveler acknowledges acceptance of the Cancellation & Refund Policy of Advance Trip & Travel.
